Il sistema, basato su acquisizione CameraLink ed elaboratore con bus PCI a 64 bit permette:<br />- lineclock superiore ad 80 KHz;<br />- banda passante totale superiore a 40 MB/s;<br />- Hard real time con latenza garantita inferiore ai 100 micro secondi.<br />- lineclock sincronizzabile per acquisizione con l'interlacciamento di diverse sorgenti di luce.<br />Il sistema risulta particolarmente adatto alle applicazione di ispezione di prodotto in ambito farmaceutico, caratterizzato da altissime cadenze e velocità , e all'ispezione di prodotto continuo in flusso.<br /></span><span style="color: rgb(0, 102, 0);"></span></div></td><br /><td style="text-align: justify;" width="50%"><span style="font-style: italic; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">May 3, 2006</span><br />RETINÆhas built a prototype for a new very high lineclock linescan artificial vision system. The system, based on CameraLink acquisition signal standard and 64 bit PCI bus computer, will allow:<br />- lineclock frequency higher than 80 KHz;<br />- total bandwidth higher than 40 MB/s;<br />- hard real time with latency guaranteed lower than 100 microseconds.<br />- synchronized lineclock for different interlaced light sources image acquisition.<br />The system is particularly fit for pharmaceutical product inspection, with very high speeds and output, and flowing/continous product inspection.<br /><br /><br /><br /></span></td><td><br /></td></tr></tbody></table>N.noreply@blogger.com
